Since September 2003, IDTV has been part of ALL3MEDIA - the biggest independent TV production company in the United Kingdom. In addition to Dutch-based IDTV, ALL3MEDIA now also owns the British production companies ARG, Bentley Productions, Cactus TV, Company Pictures, Lion Television, Lime Pictures, Maverick Television, North One Television and Objective Productions, as well as the New Zealand production company South Pacific Pictures (New Zealand) and the German production company MME MOVIEMENT.
All these subsidiaries operate under their own company names. Albeit spread out over the globe, the different parts of the company manage to work closely together to create strong creative synergy with exciting input from different cultures.
ALL3MEDIA's Management Team consists of Steve Morrison, Jules Burns and David Liddiment. Chief Executive Steve Morrison is the former Chief Executive of Granada plc, while Chief Operating Officer Jules Burns used to be Managing Director of Operations at Granada plc. Creative Director David Liddiment first held various management positions at Granada plc and then became Director of Programmes at ITV Network, which is Britain's biggest commercial broadcaster. ALL3MEDIA receives financial backing from the investment company Permira Funds.
